The Department of Surgery is a specialized medical department that diagnoses and treats a wide range of diseases affecting various organs—including endocrine glands, the breast, gastrointestinal tract, vascular system, gallbladder, and pancreas—through both surgical and non-surgical approaches.

The department manages a broad spectrum of conditions such as inflammatory diseases, benign and malignant tumors, abdominal trauma, hernias, varicose veins, and other abdominal organ disorders. When necessary, procedural interventions such as dialysis catheter insertion are also performed.
